Cheese Ball
Ingredients
(1) 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
½ Cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Chopped green onion
¼ tsp. dry dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup shelled Tastachios (kernels)
1 crushed beef bouillon cube (optional)
Directions
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mix well.
Finely grind ½ cup Tastachios kernels and add to mixture.
Stir in green onion, dill weed, and pepper.
Chill in a bowl and cover overnight.
Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and with remaining Tastachios, medium coarse grind and coat.
